2. Registration and Payments
- To attend ProGeo 2025, users must register and purchase registration fee and other services, through www.progeo2025.com
- Payments must be made via the available payment methods provided at checkout.
- All payments must be completed before attendance is confirmed.
3. Refundable Services
- Cancellations made before 30th of June 2025, will be 80% refunded (rounded up to the amount in full Euro).
- Cancellations requested on, and after the 1st of July 2025, as well as non-attendance, will be charged in full and no refund will be made.
- If the Organizers cancel one of the field trips (due to organizational reasons), the Participant is entitled to a full refund of the field trip cost.
4. Event Changes and Cancellations
- We reserve the right to modify the schedule, speakers, venues or any other aspect of the event without prior notice.
- If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered attendees will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of registration.
- If the event is postponed, the funds will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
5. User Responsibilities
- Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for the event.
- Users must not engage in any unlawful activities while using the Website.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
6. Limitation of Liability

- Attendees participate in excursions at their own risk and we assume no liability for any personal injuries or losses incurred.
